Went on this knowing full well that we would not see the Big 5 because it was the rainy season. We didnt. Too many people are hyper focused on the big 5, a throw back to the hunting days. Ok we didnt see lions and rhinos but we saw ALOT. A great trip with a well educated guide with a... More

We spent a magical 30 minutes with 2 orphaned lion cubs! We got to play and feed with the cubs - our kids loved the experience! Fantastic guides who made sure we have loads of video footage and photos of the special experience! Our guides were exceptionally knowledgeable and patient with our long list of questions!

I went to the Makuna Big 5 with a friend. Following a bit of an issue the morning of our booking (they didn't pick us up and their internet was down and couldn't find the booking) the experience was fantastic. We went on an elephant ride which was great, then spent time with the lions and the staff was professional... More

Walking with the jungle king, touching him, holding his tail - was truly memorable! The lion was one of the best parts of our trip and everyone who saw the photos wants to do it!
