We did the walk with the lions, the elephant ride and walk with the cheetahs and it was unreal. The staff was so helpful and kept us totally safe the entire time. I personally did not care for the elephant ride since I am not flexible enough to get on the big wide elephant and it was not comfortable. My husband, however, absolutely loved the ride. Wear comfortable shoes as you are walking in the bush area, and need to keep pace with the animals. I would recommend you bring hand wipes for the time after you feed the elephants since you actually put your hand in their mouth and drop the food, which is awesome. However, you will find that you have lots of gunk on your hands that you will want to get off prior to the next wash station provided. I would strongly recommend ordering the recording ($60), which will be available later that day and they will deliver it to your hotel. (My son actually had them send it to him a few years ago since he was leaving that day). Be sure to bring plenty of bills to tip. There were about 12 people that we tipped and I did not bring the correct bills so I had to ask one of the leaders to take a large bill and break it up for the staff.

Had visited before and ridden the elephants with my older kids. My youngest was finally old enough to enjoy this amazing African adventure. My oldest and I wanted to walk with the lions. We saw a package deal where you can walk with lions, walk a cheetah, ride the elephants and take a sunset cruise. We decided on the package deal and were not disjointed. Walking with the lions was a heart pounding once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget. The cats were amazing the trainers were great. Walking the cheetah was fun and we got some neat photos. You ride the elephants through the bush on a neat ride even going through some shallow water. We LOVED the sunset cruise. We got to see hippos and a croc. I highly recommend all the activities but if you must chose the lions and cruise are the best unless you have younger kids then do the elephants.

Interacting with the lions was amazing!!!When I arrived there I was scared because I thought 'what if they turn on me?' But with the help of the tour guides, these thoughts were blocked especially seeing how they themselves interacted so freely with the animals and even danced for them so they don't doze off in my tour!!!

We went having a reservation and paid in advance. Many people. Very disorganized. Did not really know when it was your turn. No one working seemed to care if you had a reservation or not. We joined a cheetah group. The guide and the other clients were not wearing a mask. We left. Our health and lives were not worth the risk.

Good day, Firstly, please accept our sincere apologizes for the late reply to your review. I believe this issue was discussed between our office and your agent while I was on vacation. Nonetheless, explanation is in order. What had transpired on that day was we had an unexpected influx of people that had not pre-booked but showed up nonetheless. Clearly we did not expect to host that many people and were a little under staffed and overwhlemed As for some guides not wearing masks, that is utterly unacceptable and I have taken the supervisor on duty that day to task because masks and sanitizers are provided to all our employees. Additional masks are also available for clients that come without any. I could not agree more that health and lives are not worth putting at risk. I would like to extend an invitation to you to come visit us again and give us a chance to prove that we take this pandemic seriously and safety protocols are adhered to. Above all we would like to give an opportunity to experience the cheetah walk. Truly sorry for the unfortunate experience.
