You can only visit Devil's Pool during the dry season (Sept-Dec). The tour leaves from the Royal Livingstone hotel and is only a 5 minute boat ride over to the island. The guides were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure you were safe at all times....More

I love heights and being extremely extreme! This was perfect! You take a boat over to Livingstone island and lock up your valuables, then you swim across the Zambezi River. (in mid november 2018 there was very mild current) then you get in the pool...More

I would highly recommend this activity. It's quite pricey for a very short activity but a once in a lifetime experience. The guides are super-professional and your safety is their number one concern. Great for thrill-seekers and awesome photographic memories.

Hi Gloria. The actual minimum is seven years old, but yes, only if the child is a strong swimmer. The Devil's Pool experience is actually quite accessible, but there is a bit of a swim to get to the pool. We hope this helps!
