Part of our boat ride to the falls....we got to see Devil's Pool...before lunch out on this tiny island. Unique experience is an understatement.

An experience that you can do one in a life time. 2 options to go; choose the swimming, not boat. Good to have gopro there, otherwise you can give your cam to the guy from agent and kindly ask to have some shootings.

The Devil's Pool can be an intimidating experience. I think you have to be in reasonably good physical condition so that you feel confident in the river. Nothing can really compare to looking over a 1,000 foot drop of a waterfall! This is truly a...More

When you visite the Falls you can also see the Devils Pool. The only things needed are good shoes and be able to climb and descend rocks. There are parts of the trail you have to find your own way over and between the rocks....More

For adrenaline junkies who can swim. Don't look down and don't step back for a better view. Glad I did it and am back in one piece to tell the tale. Guides were great and looked after us well.

Do not miss out on this experience. We visited at the end of the wet season when the river was high. What an experience. Prepare to get wet (only if you want to) and if you can take a waterproof camera, you will not regret...More

The thrill of sitting on the edge of that fall is unparalleled !!! Complete awareness of nature and your own insignificant presence, is nothing short of meditation !! LOVED IT TOTALLY....its an experience you MUST NOT miss if you visit Victoria Falls

We decided to walk down to Devil's pool. The walk is difficult because of the natural rocks that create the path down. Good shoes are recommended. No food either, because the bamboos will take everything. Huge bamboos are everywhere. They are great for pictures. At...More

Hi Gloria. The actual minimum is seven years old, but yes, only if the child is a strong swimmer. The Devil's Pool experience is actually quite accessible, but there is a bit of a swim to get to the pool. We hope this helps!

I paid in advance and had no issues. They also provided optional instructions to wire money from my bank, but I just used my credit card.
