It is a very busy market. It is a bit quieter early evening and therefore easier to see the stalls and to have time to haggle with stall holders over prices. There are a number of stalls selling similar items but prices differ greatly between...More

A cosy night industry in main Hoi an. You are able to find something from avocado bowling to jewelry, and you are able to make great bargains. There's absolutely no pressure from the sales folks that you purchase something, and they each speak excellent English....More

This is geared for the tourist with general type of local , generic clothing and trinkets. It has interesting food offerings from pancakes to grilled frog. It is a pleasant but crowded walk. The early morning/day market is far better.

The night market sells mostly clothes souvenirs handiworks BBQ food ice cream and lanterns (of course). It is very crowded and opens every night. Good fun to walk around and enjoy the ambience.

Mesmerizing, in the day...and even more at night! Can spend days together hopping one cafe to another, basking in the sun in this yellow city

I’ve visited numerous night markets in Vietnam over the last 5 years. While the Hoi An market is good I find it too touristy versus, say, the Hanoi market. Too much tourist kitsch and too little non-tourist merchandise. Bottom line: if you’ve not been to...More

A great place for last night shopping for gifts! Traditional merchandise and local cuisine. I would recommend going in the evening after visiting the main shops to get a good bargain!
