The beach is generally a public beach, with a few locations away from the general public, connected to a private hotel or resort. I did not love the beach, but we strolled a few km's down the beach and found many interesting things. What I...More

An Bang beach is nice and clean and very busy and touristy ! We saw popple from all around the world here. Later in the afternoon local ladies set up their soup kitchens on the beach and more locals come. Lots of fun.

Is absolutely worth taking the trip from Hoi An whether by scooter or by bicycle. This is the type of beach one could spend days at watching the sand go through the timeglass

Plenty of restaurants to eat or grab a drink whilst using the sun lounges, wall to wall restaurants actually. Bit crowded.

First time in Vietnam, this beach was such a surprise! Clear clean blue water, cheap cabanas, a microcosm of Vietnamese life.

A very busy beach where they are closest to cycling and motorcycles to pay 50,000 dong to park them. You get a little pulled around this beach by sellers who obviously want your money. I preferred the beach south of this - here it was...More

An Bang Beach is a good swimming. In case you try a kilometer south of the primary portion of the seashore, the crowds thinner, the beer is less expensive and you also are able to use the bike of yours on the beach and park...More

Like most popular beaches in Asia, you will get hassled a lot by traders but I've had worse. A lot of really good restaurant's line the main part of the beach and if you have lunch or drinks there they'll let you use their sun...More

I didn’t see any however we didn’t go particularly far down the beach. Most of it was small restaurants with their own sun beds. There is plenty in Nh Trang along the beach. Sailing club, Louisiane Brewhaus and a few more... More

I didn't see any, but I didn't look very hard either. We paid about $1 or $2 for an umbrella and chairs and then one of us just stayed with our stuff while the other went into the water.
