Definitely worth a quick visit (especially if you're in Fethiye on a rainy day!). Some important sculptures and inscriptions from Fethiye, Tlos, Patara, Pinara etc on display, so nice to see if you've visited those archaeological sites too.

This was an interesting museum, especially as we had visited the ancient city of Tlos a couple of days before. A lot of the artifacts from Tlos are in the museum.

A lovely way to spend an hour or two. Particularly if you are visiting the local Lycian ruins. I saw several museum grade pieces of stone lying around at Kadianda so don't feel that you have to visit a curated exhibit.

When we first visited in 2009, this was closed for renovation. I'm so glad that we returned. It has a very good collection of statuary and of scourse finds from ancient Fethiye (Telmessus), but also the famous trilingual stone which was the key to deciphering...More
