More cave churches - the Hidden Church and the Church of the Dragon were interesting. A lovely valley with lots of wildflowers - but it is a long trek, so be prepared.

The Soganli valley is a 45 minute drive south of Goreme. There's a lot of climbing involved in and out of fairy chimneys that line the valley up on both sides. It was usually just us and the ancient frescoes. No guides, guards or rules....More
