We did not do any hike in there just enjoyed the scenery. Honestly speaking we did not see anything that exciting but still good place to take photos. Unfortunately did not see a single pigeon in there the time we went.

We got dropped at the Uchisar Castle and then hiked through Pigeon Valley back to Goreme. Great hike, we found it tricky to find the entry to the hike but very easy to follow once you're on it

Hiking through this valley was a great experience, and I would certainly recommend that if you are in Cappadocia for a few days you visit this valley.

Colorful landscape that offers a glimpse in the region past and way of living. You can also feed the pigeons.

Easy walk from Göreme (turn west from the bus station, past the ATMs and follow the stone signs) - It took us 90 minutes, there were 2 cafes en route, so plenty of oppotunities to take in the stunning views.

We stopped here as part of the Green Tour and it was worth visiting as the views and history is spectacular, however I wouldn't venture out just to see this valley. Our tour guide let us wonder for 10mins and it was more than enough

An easy walk of about 4 km under the magnificent towering rock formations of the Pigeon Valley. It was the perfect stroll on a cool fall morning.

Rug up, take plenty of fluids plus good hiking boots and then enjoy the walk. From Goreme it is a 3 or 4 hour trek.
