Sarımsaklı Beach has very fine and thin sand which makes this beach as one of the bests in its area. With its blue flag, you will have the chance to swim in crystal clear water.İt is a little bit cold even in the middle of July, but still nice to be here.Beach facilities are somehow poor.We do not know why but locals say that local Municipality did not put changing facilities and shower in and around the beach which is very bad for day time users.
There are many cafes and eateries along with the beach.

Unfortunately, this beach is too crowded especially in July and August. At weekends, you should find another place to swim and spend time. The beach has nice sand is very close to the town centre. Further from this settlement you can try Badavut areas which has better view and could be quieter. The hotels in both areas offer average or low srvice quality. There are shops and supermarkets, so you can find food easily. I would recommend it for June and September, but it is not so warm. Late June it the best time though.

Sarimsaklı Beach is an ideal destination for a perfect holiday. The beach is truly impressive with its long shoreline and pristine waters. The fine sand and gently sloping seabed make it especially suitable for families with children.

The water is crystal clear and warm, providing an excellent swimming experience. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around the beach, which makes spending the entire day here very comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing day by the sea, Sarimsaklı Beach is definitely worth a visit.

As for mid July, sea water was pretty cold, very very crowded beach, not cleaned. All over Sarimsakli from time to time or better to say most of the time when wind was blowing from land and not sea there was some awful smell...ugh. Hard to find a spot to park a car. We had to drive around each evening to park a car somewhere on a street and usually had to walk 7-10 minutes to our hotel after that. Needed to drive 400 km from Istanbul to find more crowds and parking problems:((((
Because of that smell not possible to sit at our balcony with sea view (haha) at evenings. We visited beach one day, understood our big mistake and other days visited other nearby areas, historical places, friends, whatever.... to avoid staying there. If you book a hotel in Sarimsakli beach, better to book for one night only and check it out first. Very loud music from all directions at night too. At the beach they offer boat trips and we took one but those three stops for swimming they made in nice places, yes, but water was icy! I couldn't believe Agean sea can be soo cold. It was a torture to swim there. Worst my seaside vacation in Turkey ever! For the first time, I was happy it was very short and ended soon:)))

Sarimsakli beach is a very nice and long sandy beach - although it used be even sandier before the government decided to hand out concessions for gold miners in Mount Ida. I noticed the sand is dissapearing slowly over the years. But don't let you get back on your decision to book a hotel in Sarimsakli. It's still an excellent beach for the whole family.

The sea is clean and good and place has a good design, all that in consideration the whole experience was ruined by a completely unprofessional and impolite person on the cash register, she was super rude and didn’t know what she was doing and she kept insisting that we should pay more than what we should actually pay, for that I don’t recommend it because such an interaction ruined our whole day

Sarımsaklı is one of the nicer beaches in the balıkesir area. Nice clean, clear beach. Food and water easily accessible as there are a few little cafes and vans around. Good place to take the kids.
