This is a review of my 650k IDR experience.
I want to be very clear….This is not the masseuses fault…. She was doing her absolute best…
But the management should not be charging these kind of prices for someone who (very obviously) is just learning. Which they would have to know.
The masseuse has an idea of the areas to move to step by step but no one has taught any technique.
Luckily my 90 min massage only went for 75 mins. It’s was 75 minutes of pushing and pressing in the wrong places.. I didn’t know how to stop the massage without upsetting the masseuse (as she was very polite).
The room has an air.con that either blows straight onto you from a metre away or needs to be off. I could barely hear any music so the silence and noise of the bed was awkward.The outside staff were very loud with moving around in flip flops and using walkie talkies.
I try to have a massages every 2nd days when in Bali and I don’t see the value in this spa? Even if I had a skilled masseuses I don’t see how they can be charging these prices when there is so much good competition?
I brought this up with reception staff as kindly as I could, and they brushed off my comment and moved to small talk. It’s a shame

Highly recommend the romantic couples massage package 2, includes two complete foot massages, body massages, milk scrub rinse off in double showers. Then relax in beautiful flower tub in your lovers arm for your private sexy tub time.

Zahra was two. I didn't know if I had a Reservation with Luxury Spa, but I went to another place, picked up and went back to Luxury Spa to get a massage. I had 60 minutes of deep massage and I got 90 minutes when I asked for it, and it was a muscle massage, but there were not many techniques, but the taste of your massage was very cool.
Everyone was friendly, pickup and drop was very comfortable.
The price difference between regular spa and luxury spa varied between 50,000 and 100,000 million rupees.

It started a little confusing with English not being the 1st language, whoever, be patient as the massage is worth the wait. Anni was amazing and went for 2 hours of spoiling me. Thank you. Want to try to come back before we leave. They even pick you up and drop you off.

I have had massages in many countries of the world, but the memory of the one I had from Nengah will stay with me till I die. She has a great personality, but mostly I enjoyed her beautiful hands, so warm and refreshing. They knew how to get rid of all the knots, but I could hardly believe how good my muscles felt afterwards. I hope to see her again tomorrow, and many times thereafter. The building is new and very comfortable, and the free pickup is always welcome. Do yourself a favor and go to Zahra Luxury.

Had a 2 hour Balinese massage and it was so good. Really relaxing.
All the staff were lovely and the price was really good, and they offer a complimentary hotel pick up and drop off service for those staying in Nusa Dua area.

It's very comfortable. The service attitude is great. I like the atmosphere here. The overall feeling is very relaxed. There is no pressure or discomfort. There will be ginger tea and snacks before and at the end. It is very considerate. The scent of aromatherapy is frangipani. It doesn’t sting your nose and is very mild, but it doesn’t make you want to sleep. There is also a foot washing service before starting, which makes the whole treatment very ritualistic! Highly recommended

Free transfers within Nusa Dua area, but you need to arrange your own return airport.
Opening hours are until 23:00, but I received a 1.5 hour Balinese massage from 21:00.
The therapist seemed to want me to leave early, but that can't be helped.
I think they knew I was going to use the shower, so it would have been great if they had given me directions for towels to use and a hair dryer.
I found the towels myself under the bed and used them.
The treatment was average, but I got the impression that they don't really tailor treatments to your body.
The therapist was very nice, but his hands were rough and painful, so I couldn't relax.
It's about 15 minutes to the airport, so if you want to get a last-minute refreshment nearby, it's a good deal and recommended.
