The map mark is off - the monument is on the big triangular crossroad to the north. You can't come close due to dense traffic, but there is a small parking spot to the east for photos. There are a lot of these triangular crossroads...More

Beautiful statue in the middle of a very busy road. The only parking is on the opposite side of the road. You would have to be crazy if you think you want a closer look. This is a shame as you cant read the plaques....More

This was a really huge impressive statue arrangement in a traffic circle. It's too bad you can only admire it from the opposite side of the road. My driver only stopped if I promised to be quick with photos. Nice unexpected surprise to end our...More

This huge monument is built in the middle of a real busy intersection and roundabout. It is huge, it is flamboyant, it is a photographers delight. The tall central figure is surrounded by monkey structures of varying sizes and carrying rocks. It purports to represent...More

Magnificent enormous statute looming over a busy crossroads while taxiing into Legian. Something to do with monkeys and a bridge over the sea as far as I could gather!

What I noticed driving around Denpasar and neighboring areas are beautiful statues and monuments on major intersections and roundabouts. In my opinion, this attraction is the most interesting and the best. I quickly admired it as we drove by.

This is a massive statue on a roundabout/road junction. You can see it from a long way away. Unfortunately, despite the pedestrian crossing painted on the road, you'd be crazy to try to reach it because Bali traffic is crazy! No one keeps to their...More
