Awesome route & great destination. It is at an altitude of approximately 18000 feets, so very less oxygen. All people with breathing problem please skip this place from your itinerary. I don't have words to describe it but this place is not for all.

Clear skies, clear water, chilling breeze and an amazing view. Loved this place. The roads are pretty rough with sharp turns and steep climb. People experience dizziness at high alt of 17800ft at Gurudongmar lake. Not advisable for small kids.

Rough roads lead you to a beautiful lake surrounded by Snow Capped peaks. A wonderful sight all around. One can view from above or can go down to the lake and touch the water. Extremely cold with icy winds (Visited in October 1st week, 2018)....More
