It’s a famous Hindu temple in the main market of Jammu. The temple is big and large number of devotees and tourist. But sadly it is now famous for the greediness of the people associated with temples. My own experience was also not very good.

Nice temple. Be careful from Pandits and pujaris (priests). Sad part is mobile or camera not allowed inside.

It is a great place to visit, you will get darshan of devtas, bhagwan, and all nature. Just beware of the pujaris they are only there to ask for money only no puja or shradha involved even they started fighting if you deny .
