We visited this temple on our way to rajgir. Pawapuri is very close to Nalanda university also. The temple of pawapuri is known as lotus temple.

It is the place where JAIN Theerthankara MAHAVEERA died in 527 bc.His foot prints can be seen here.Built in a most scenic andin the middle of a big tank in which we can see LOTUS FLOWERS every whee .

This is famous for Lord Mahavir where it is a Jal Mandir that is very beautiful and it is just near the medical college for free and that the college is also very very very good and give the very much service to the present
