Website says to call for an appointment, however; phone is picked up and set down, no way to speak to someone. Tried speaking in multiple languages. Very used to customer service (lacking) in Ecuador, but this is the worst.

The place is far too small to show everything they could show but the enthousiasm of Ben Haase makes you become interested even if you started without. Good exhibition and lots of facts to be learned.
