This is a nice place to see local people and watch the sunset. You can find local food vendors, etc. But, really walk slow and watch the water and sun.

It should be a pretty place to walk along the bay and watch the sunset and boats. Instead its dirty and sketchy people around. I would not recommend walking around there at night.
