We walked to the head and found a way just maybe 10m before it where we could walk down the side where it's full of dead leaves (watch your step, you might slide accidentally!). Left our things there and just went in the water, even...More

We liked snorkeling right off the beach by Morgan's Head on Santa Catalina island better than Crab Cay (fewer waves, more fish). We spent 10 COP/person to rent fins and enjoyed at least 2 hours snorkeling around.

It’s an old rock, with a Morgan’s pirate factions. It’s a great view that you can find in this place, you can reach it by walking or taking a boat with the locals with a cheap price.

The trail to Morgan's head is an easy-to-moderate hike with some hills (with stairs). Old Fort beach is on the trail and is a nice place for a swim or a snorkel. Our teenage boys did like the locals and jumped off of Morgan's Head...More

I think we may have arrived at a bad time, the beach was dirty and empty, also no real place to lay or even sit. Nothing really too look at. I would skip and head to other beaches around.

We did some great snorkeling down at Morgans Head. Climbing down carefully on the right side and then swimming around the rock. Great visibility up to 20m. Mind the boats bringing in tourists. Highly recommendable.

Must do! We loved this spot! Nice, easy hike. Beautiful water. Rocks to jump off of from about 1 to 4 meters high. And really great snorkeling! We found the most sea life snorkelling around the head to the left.
