Wow! Definitely go here for a game if you’re just visiting. The Athletico Nacional fans are crazy with loud singing, dancing, brass band, flags - the atmosphere was amazing! The most atmospheric live sport I have ever watched!

Definitely i can recommend to go see a game there. I took uber to the stadion and bought ticket there just 10 minutes before came started, it cost 70 000COP. Drums played all the time and athmosphere was awesome!

Go watch a game here, it doesn't matter who lol. It's a fantastic experience. Never seen fans that didn't stopped singing, playing band instruments for the whole match! Almost as many vendors as fans at times though

Ind. Medellín vs Envigado 2 - 1 What a evening! It took some time to get a ticket and you definitely need to speak some Spanish but it's so worth it. They sing and jump trough the whole match.

The running track has times for the public. It’s a few hours in the morning and a few in the afternoon when you can’t use it. Otherwise it’s free. Go there and check out the latest info. And the pools are 1 hour per day.
