It's a beautiful place for hiking with the large lake which doesn't permit swimming. Butterfly museum is very small and is waist of money. You can pay for 30 min kayak/boat rent and got around the beautiful lake

I can not explain how beautiful this area is in words. You must experience this place to truly understand the beauty that the Medellin area has to offer.

If you can get here easily, it's worth it to visit Piedras Blancas. It's a tranquil eco-tourism park where you can do a short hike 1.7km to the viewpoint, or row about on the empty lake for 30 minutes. I wish the zipline was still...More

It's a beautiful park, with many services as boat, food butterfly reserve, insects museum and so on. Recommended for enjoying the nature.

Beautiful Natural park very close to the city. Fresh air, trees, birds peace and calmness. A very cheap trip. Preferably visit it in the morning.
