Without the explanations fro a guide it is not easy to explore this area. This area has open urban plan, important administrative and government buildings, eye pleasing urban planning. A few eye catching monuments. It helps to know Colombian history.

Walking from the Parque Cisneros to the Alipujar Metro Station, I saw this building. What caught my attention are the big, tall sculptures in front of this building. Also located near this building is the old Ferrocaril or Train Station. Enjoy your visit!
