In white colour
Jan 2020 • Solo
In January Fushan mountain 🏔 changes to white colour during few cold 🥶 days when snows. Not for winter ❄️ sports but hiking 🥾 on snow and seeing the city under snow ⛄️

Increadible views, nice outdoor activity in the city
Sep 2019
You can make this hike as short or as long as you want. We were in QIngdao for several weeks and went up a few times. My son (age 8) loved coming here and would ask to go up all the time. Plenty of space for him to run up the steps and trail and scamper up rocks to the various peaks. We picked days where it was clear so the views would be great fromthe top. Lots of different ways to get to the top and get down (various starting and ending points).

You don't realize that you are in a million of 9.5 million people. The city seems so far away when you are hiking.

Neighborhood Mountain Overlooking the Ocean
Apr 2019 • Solo
This interesting mountain is as easy or hard to climb as you want it to be making it an outdoor activity for a wide range of people. Climb it on a clear day and you will be rewarded with superb views of the city, bay and the ocean coupled with a free and adventurous workout.

Quick walk up the mountain with great view
Feb 2019 • Friends
Climbing takes 40-60 minutes one way and not difficult so it's suitable for everyone. You can start climbing from various entrances that are easy accessible via public transport. Along the way you can find a lot of interesting little things like tiny temples, springs with fresh water, farms and other. On the top you will find two amazing views: the sea view and the city view. You can just turn around and change it as you wish.
It's an easy, nice walk with great view in just 20 minutes from downtown. If I had to choose between Mount Lao and Fu Mountain, I would choose the latter.

Nature jaunt near downtown
Dec 2018 • Business
Stopping in Qingdao on business and wanted to get out of the city. Found Fushan next to an amazing coffee roaster (La Finca) and combined two of my loves. Hiking up FuShan can be easy or hard with lots of wonderful vistas.

Amazing view over the city
Aug 2017 • Solo
I decided on a very hot summer day to enter the Fushan Mountain Park. Got of the taxi on the Yinchuan West Road gate and just started walking, I have passed by this rock formations for years and always wanted to go up there. The local who are getting the water from some of the swelling there the trail up is difficult and I shouldn't go, but it was too much fun. Arrived on the top the view over Qingdao the beaches and the Yellow Sea is worth each drop of sweat. The top trail involves a lot of climbing which is better be done with a partner and not just alone. The down tail towards the south side gates is very overgrown and need to be walked with attention.

Let's see the Qingdao from top
Oct 2016 • Family
Very good access from city by foot, taxi or bus. Different tracks on the top even with climbing touch. Then you see whole Qingdao downtown with skyscrapers and yellow see horizon. Almost all tracks go up to the hill
