A crowded area, like Taiwan Xi Men Ding. Long queue whenever there is retail selling food or snack. Few shops selling silver handmade jewelry, fashion, shoes. Not really interesting to foreign visitors.

I have no information on a service apartment, as a tourist visitor I stayed in hotel not apartment. It is a convenient area.
