We arrived at the hotel around 4.30 and had a quick check in. We'd reserved a standard sea view room through Tripadvisor payable at the hotel. Our room was 608 which was clean and had a king size bed with the nice sea views. The...More

I've never stayed in this hotel but I have gone to the bar on their upper floor a couple of times. This is essentially a big casino hotel. My experience at the bar was not good. I was there with my husband (who is Chilean)...More

Went for after dinner drinks. Service was quick and friendly and the views are worth seeing. Found the drinks a little expensive but the highlight is the toilets with the view.

The Sky Bar, located at the top of the casino, offers beautiful views of both the city and the Magellan Straight. Definitely worth the stop for a couple drinks.

We stayed at the Dreams twice before & after our trip to Antarctica. The hotel is very centrally located and given the height of the building is easy to find if you get turned around. It is so easy to walk to the main square...More

Clean rooms but ours smelled from previous smokers.. Good view over the harbour but the downfall of this property was the terrible (and over-priced) food. Better to eat elsewhere, there are plenty of nearby restaurants that offer better value. There is a shortage of good...More

It's a casino. It is clean, not smokey, with a nice selection of games. Make sure you get a players card because you can't do anything without it. Oh, and all players must pay a cover charge to get it.

Certainly the nicest rooms of any hotel I stayed at in Punta Arenas. Higher floors have great views of town or ocean. Really fun to go to bar on top floor, have a drink and watch the sunset, Spectacular view. Go to bar even if...More

Went there to waste a little time before a flight after buying a $3200 peso ticket you had to get a card to play which requires a passport copy. None of this seemed to be listed anywhere.

We had 2 adjoining rooms with huge beds and great view. Stayed 2 nights, all as expected. We did not visit the casino but used this as a hotel base to explore Punta Arenas, good parking and very comfortable.

I have been several times there, and never got bored. They have good concert nights every week and you get entertained with quality shows and the set-up has nothing to envy to the ones in the capital Santiago.

There certainly are several services from the hotel to the airport like in any Chilean city. Taxis are available and the hotel must know a number to call for shuttle pickup. We had a rental care , so didn't use it. Not... More
