The service was good, some tea and coffe with cookies in the morning, but 1 hour after departure, the trip was canceled because bad weather conditions, nothing to do with mother nature.

Two glaciers (Balmaceda and Serrano) are hidden near Puerto Natales. It will take a full day trip by boat to reach these glaciers, including the wonderful view of the bay and the mountains.

Hi. We did the expedition to Glaciers Serrano und Balmaceda. It was impressive and the price was 62000 per Person without having offered barbecue.
