A very interesting history of the Army Air base here during WWII. A great collection of military arms and armament. Well worth the visit.

This museum has artifacts dating from the Revolutionary war through the Vietnam war. Uniforms from the different wars are there and include Nazi uniforms of the POWs sent to camps in the region. Very interesting museum, but I found it difficult to read the information regarding the exhibits. one interesting note is that the building smelled of smoke. The docent said that there had been an arson fire many years ago, and while the building was saved, the smoke stayed on as an unintended olfactory exhibit.

One of the displays is about the air base that became the current Alliance airport. There is a room with materials for studying.

A very complete view of uniforms and memorabilia of all armed conflicts. We went there specifically to see a display that had "family" meaning. There is no admission charge, but donations are accepted. The hours are posted on the door, but I believe they open at 1pm weekdays and Saturday.
