A pretty clock with lots of red flowers. The clock is very interesting as if you have your photo taken in front of it you will always remember the time you were here. There is a man taking photos and he can print your photo...More

The flower clock is pretty but nothing really extraordinary. If you've see one flower clock somewhere in the world, you've basically seen them all.

An interesting facet of Viña del Mar. The gardens are delightful, well maintained, and enjoyable. Off site parking is a hassle, so plan to walk here from away.

... but not more. A large clock, highly regarded as a ”must” by the locals, yet to me just another tourist attraction.

Beautiful little park across from the beach. The flower clock is an actual working clock that chimes. There's also a cute metal globe surrounded by flowers.

Nicely done clock garden but not a top tourist attraction. The place resembles a concrete jungle, and a shipping port .

There really isn't much to see in this city except for the ocean, the Easter Island statue and the flower clock. We didn't stop but took a picture from the vehicle.
