Nicely done clock garden but not a top tourist attraction. The place resembles a concrete jungle, and a shipping port .
There really isn't much to see in this city except for the ocean, the Easter Island statue and the flower clock. We didn't stop but took a picture from the vehicle.

Even thou we visited this clock many times still looks beautiful, well mantained, popular and near a beach, hotels and close to everything. Love it!
