This casino is in a classic building in Viña adjacent to the Hotel del Mar (now Enjoy Hotel) and a beautiful park.
You have access to it from the street or from the hotel lobby.
You must pay a cover charge to enter.

This was rated in Frommer's as a place to see, not sure why?? Dated, not very clean, supposedly has rotating art exhibits but saw nothing like that. Unless you are a die-hard gambler don't waste your time. At least the valet parking was free.
