Came to Dubai with my friends and was adviced to visit Noir. The place looks very cool, hostess Alexa is super nice and polite. The service from the russian waitress Maria was amasing! She amiably gave us advise of really delicious dishes and was really caring. Bartender Fatta makes awesome coctails!

An excellent, extremely well-managed establishment that is ideal for relaxed, sophisticated cigar or date nights. Dominik is the most knowledgeable aficionado you'll ever have the pleasure of conversing with - he will tell you every detail of every beverage and/or cigar, from its production to its taste profile. What a guy.

My friends and me were advised to visit Noir and it worth it. Very stylish place with amazing terrace and friendly staff. We were greeted by Mary and she told us about their special Negroni which is favorite cocktail of my girlfriend. She was astonished how good it is and we asked bartender Fatah to show us how to do it. He told us that they age cocktail in cask for few months . Definitely I advise Noir to all cocktail lovers. The only slightly negative moment is location of this bar as i have been to Kempinski several times but even haven't heard about this bar before.

The bar is quite beautiful inside with a nice dark atmosphere. Very appropriately named. The food bites were quite tasty . I got the tuna and I really enjoyed it.
What troubles me is that this was the only bar in Dubai that did not allow two people to share our shisha.
In the beginning we thought that this was a UAE policy but after visiting a handful of bars, we realised that this was not the case.
Hence the 3 stars. The shisha itself was quite average.

We’ve been in Dubai for new year’s vacation. We wanted to find some classy place. If you want to see nice people around you, amazing lounge music and high quality of cocktails - Noir is the best place for it. Thanks an amazing Maria and Karl for their hospitality. It was lovely evening!

The decor is warm,seats are comfortable, the drinks very well made, service is careful and attentive and the Manager greets you as a friend.
The ambience is sophisticated and the customers are of the "well heeled " type.

I went yesterday once again with my wife to the Noir Bar, for having some small bites, some drinks and a cigar. Was again great, specially with the great service of Dominik and his team. He pared a nice ale to my cigar I had. Was great. The food was as well really nice, I just can advice all who are going there to have the quesadillas, outstanding good. We will come back...

I was meeting a friend for drink and since we were in Barsha and this place is close to the Metro station, we went there.
It was still happy hours and they have okay selection for happy hours.
When we walked in, the hostess was not there and she apologized later and took our order.
Drinks took forever to come and they did not offer anything with the drinks.
We had to literally wait 25 minutes for someone to comeby and take our next order.
It was not that the place was busy, it was before 8PM. Place was almost empty.
I really cannot tell, what all the servers were doing.
Great decor and ambience though. Location is great too. Our drinks were pretty good, we ordered All Saints and I believe Black Mai Tai.
Great place without good service.
