The best bit was amazing professionalism from our host Imtiaz Aftab, he delivered the 5 star service from the pick up to drop off.
We were picked from our residence, Aftab arrived promptly at 02:15 PM, explained the whole itinerary and shows timing and upgrade options. Before collecting us, he maintained the communication through What's App which helped me finding him.
The vehicle was comfortable & clean, we were informed of COVID related protocols to follow. Upon arrival at Rayna Camp, we were given detailed information of camp surrounding, desert buggy ride and camel ride options. The camp itself was really nicely maintained. We upgraded to premium option which was 50 Dhs per head, I think it was well worth it as it included segregated seating option and unlimited access to bar bq buffet and dinner options.
We left around 5pm for desert safari followed by sunset photos stop at dune, the ups and downs of ride were extremely good and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I observed Aftab's amazing advanced driving skills too, his driving was like a car dancing on the sand!
We were taken back to camp around 6pm, the shows were planned to start around 06.30 pm. First show was a traditional Arab dance performed by a gentleman very skillfully, this was followed by a very interesting fire show which was the highlight of the performance. Lastly, a belly dancer wrapped off the day with a lovely performances over 3 songs.
The dinner buffet was freshly prepared, taste was delicious, quantity was sufficient and staff were guiding the guests to maintain social distancing.
All in all, we had an amazing day, mainly due to our amazing host Aftab!

90 Days UAE tourist visa extension and change status completed within 6hrs. My daughters visa had expired and Mohit managed to get the 90 day tourist visa and change status done on the same day saving me lots of money on fines. We were only fined for 1day as the 90day visa was applied for on day 1 of when the fines started.
I had tried to find a travel agency to do this but they were all saying 3-5 days processing to get visa and change status and also to pay fines before the visa process could start.
But Mohit did all within 6hrs, he kept me updated all through the process and each time I was unsure of the process, he called to clarify what was happening. I also have to say that if the visa hadn’t come through on the day (Thursday), weekend would’ve been fines as well so Mohit ensured it was all done within the day!

I applied for UAE visit visa through Them . Their price was better than competitors but what really surprised me is that they managed to obtain my visit visa in less than 4 hours. I highly recommend them and I will definitely return to try their other services as well. Their customer service and attitude is really excellent.

Our family vacation was for 3wks, so we requested a multiple visa and paid Ponkos Pankaj for it. Out of 5 people who needed a visa,he only did a multiple visa for 1 person and 2wks visa for the other 4 and collected money for a multiple Visa for all 5. When exiting Dubai after our 3weeks vacation, we were told the other 4 overstayed their visa and had to pay the immigration again before we were allowed to leave. We reached out to Ponkos pankaj to give us back the money we paid at the airport because he already collected money for a multiple visa but he never gave us back our money.

We went to the below trip and had a very bad experience.
1) We booked the tour with Lunch , but the tour guide had no information about it. I had to ask him a few times before he reached out to the company. I have no clue what he spoke .
2) In the website, the Lunch details are mentioned as ‘Courtyard restaurant Marriott’
but we were taken to a buffet restaurant called Lal Quila , the quality of which wasn't very good.
3) I asked the guide that the booking says Marriott and not Lal Quila. He had no answer to that. But once we reached the restaurant his announcement was , those who want to have food here can have here and those who don't want to have food can stay on the bus. Which was clearly pointed to us , as I demanded earlier an answer from him.
4) I had to tell him multiple times that I shouldn’t be paying for the lunch as I have already paid for it, he agreed to pay for it. Else the initial point was , we should be paying for the lunch and contact customer support for refund.
All this with a 2 year old kid , was a bit exhausting for us.
So Rayna tours failed us at multiple points
1) Selling the ticket with lunch but not arranging for the same
2) selling a different restaurant in the advert but taking to a substandard restaurant
3) A rude tour guide who had to be asked multiple times before he acted .
On raising the above issue with Rayna , they promised to refund AED100 , but that money never came , when chased all they say is we are looking into it for last 2+ weeks . Absolute scammers.

We were picked up at our hotel and driven to meet the large bus which set out on a half day tour of the Dubai City. The tour guide was quite informative and took us to many sights. We visited the old part of Dubai near the Dubai creek, the spice souks, the Burj al Arab and the Atlantis. It was more of a hop on, take a pic and hop back onto the bus type of tour but we felt we had enough time at each destination for pictures. We were only in Dubai for 5 days so wanted to see many sights but getting around Dubai is not like the subway or metro so the tour was a great option. The only thing that we didn’t like so much was the stop off at the souvenir art shop. We weren’t there to buy $1,000 art so it was a bit of a waste of time but we did enjoy our shopping at the spice market were we bought lots of dates and other goodies. They drop you back for a rest in the hotel before picking you up again for the dinner cruise on a dhow. We arrived at the port by the Dubai creek and embarked on the dhow where we had a simple buffet (food was quite average) and was also provided with a local dance show before being dropped back at our hotel at the conclusion. My tip is to not book the tour for a Friday as the tour starts in the morning and most places in the old Dubai are closed in the morning.

I've applied for 14 days tourist Visa with express service via Rayna Day Tours & Travels. Sales manager Mehvish was able to obtain my Visa within the half-day period (usually 1 to 2 business day process). I applied in 14:00 and was able to get it in 19:00, the whole process was smooth and he was super efficient, I would totally recommend them to my friends if they ever wanted to apply for a UAE Visa.

A perfect and a really memorable trip. We saw really amazing places in Abu Dhabi that left us speechless. We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to our tour guide Muhammad ADNAN, who made our time really special, beautiful and interesting by spending really nice time with us, chatting with us and providing us with great amount of information not only about Abu Dhabi and the places we visited but also about the culture and traditions. He was very friendly, intelligent, smiling person, very fun to be around and really caring. He tried to satisfy everyone, even young children by performing magic tricks! We would certainly recommend this trip especially with such amazing tour guide because our trip wouldn't have been the same without him.

I went for a Dubai City Tour with Waseem Abbas and it was the amazing trip. He covered so many different places in a short span of time which was way above my expectation. Moreover, he personalised the trip by narrating stories about the places which I enjoyed a lot.
He has so much knowledge about all the historical and modern places in Dubai and his demonstrates full passion in his work that you feel like extending the trip.
I would recommend Waseem Abbas to anyone who is coming to Dubai, he is a very humble person and you would enjoy his company throughout. Kudos to Rayna Tours and Waseem Abbas.

They let you pay, and issue a very clear contract, mentioning a specific pickup time, between 4 and 4 30 pm. They send a driver to your hotel at 3 pm, who calls you and tells you that you're too late. Because you're not there, they send you a mail telling you it's a no show, and refund is not possible.
Rude communication and victim blaming. Evidence is available. Very doubtful and dishonest way of doing business.

Dear Giovanni, Thank you for posting a review. We have checked with our team and found that you had made a booking in the month of Sep to avail the service in the month of Dec. In the meanwhile the pick up time got changes and our team tried to reach you out couple of times to inform the same. Our coordination team also cnfirmed you the pick up time with driver details via WhatsApp message on the day of the tour. Also after reaching to hotel, our driver called you and waited for almost half an hour to pick you up. We are truly sorry despite of multiple attempts, you couldn't avail the tour with us. Rayna, though you have apologized and said that you will take care that future customers don't face similar issues, you haven't offered any reprieve for me. I am feeling so miserable about how much I spent on this. My entire lovely trip is marred by this black spot. I was overcharged. It's a known fact.
