We decided to take a day cruise down-stream the Ayeyarwady from Mandalay to Bagan, and enjoyed it. See the locals along the river, take a stop at a little town, see their thanaka market, and have fun trying draw thanaka paste on faces.

We went on a cruise down the Ayeyarwady what a eye opener. Stops on the river were visiting local villages,temples ,buddas monks and nuns,it was absolutely amazing
