St. Andrew’s Cave and Monastery has a spiritual and historical significance related to St. Andrew The Apostle, who blessed by his presence this ancestral land between the Danube and the Black Sea, becoming patron of Dobrogea and Romania. St Andrew brought the Christianity onto this land, and this was the cave in which is supposed he lived. A space if high spirituality, with quiet and beautiful surroundings.

To be honest, I have no idea. It was around noon when we got there. My guess is that if you go between 9AM and 4PM, you should find everything open (cave, church, souvenir shop). Have fun!
