One of the three cathedrals of Sibiu, it is quite nice inside, altough on the outside it is not so impressive (it is also under restoration now so it is covered).

I entered the church by chance, walking around, and I found it in the middle of a celebration. It was quiet and I could admire the paintings and the beautiful stained glass.

Strangely it's described as former Jesuit church or old Catholic Church. And in translation as Holy Trinity. Either way it's the most beautiful church in Sibiu. The paintings are wonderful and the carved lectern stunning. Would be magnificent with the lights full blast.

Located in the main plaza (Piața Mare), it well worth a visit. The exterior is quite plain, doesn't tell you too much, but the interior is so beautiful, so peaceful.

Many of the catholic churches were converted but this one remained. It was interesting to see the difference between them and also feel the history as you walk through Would recommend visiting
