The Rector's palace often hosts exhibitions of varying sorts.
It may be an art exhibition, a classical concert or book projection. The ambience is delightful.Having suffered much damage in the homeland war, the Rector's Palace has been lovingly restored

A wonderful place where history can be experienced with various exhibits of a time. The whole second floor through your room and hall introduces you to another time ...
On the ground floor of the palace there are various great exhibitions of even bigger names of art ( last year Marc Chagall ) and this year Andy Warhol. In addition to this, you can see an exhibition of forgery of great painters.
For each recommendation was museum staff. Extremely kind and helpful. Specifically, they took care of my dog in the atrium of the palace, they even brought water and were with she.
Thank you!

Located in the heart of the city's core, the Rector palace is one of the most beautiful cultural objects in Croatia. In addition to the museum on the second floor are the history display in the salons. On the ground floor are exellent exhibitions. Right now is the Salvador Dali exhibition.
The staff at the entrance is very kind.

Once the main cultural attraction in Zadar, the worst damage in the war and the fortunes of the European Union were restored and ready for sightseeing through the passageways of the nobility of Zadar and its surroundings (see pictures).
At the moment there is an exhibition of Marc Chagall. Very well set and accompanied by materials.

Former Rector's Palace - Kneževa palača is completely reconstructed and changed to contemporary exhibition place. Clean, with grey and white combination of walls and furniture and lamps like little clouds: it is something new for Zadar. Just now in June they prepared exhibition of Chagall. Don't miss if you are near Zadar during the summer season. They still need to finish little shop for souvenirs. You will find all other needed rooms in the ground floor, from toilettes, some little halls for children. All refurbishments are interesting.

I was disappointed with this exhibition as I had seen a better one in Dubrovnik previously. Also a huge one in St Petersburg FL. This is an exhibition not so much of the abstract surrealism used to being seen of Dali. 50 kunar charge. Lovely display areas but also lacking objects as mainly pictures. Lip picture outside folding due to damp.

We were lucky to see the adverts for the traveling Dali exhibition. The exhibition was well laid out. It had some popular pieces as well as some unknown pieces. It was lovely to be able to see it so readily.

I saw the Dali exhibition. Upstairs there is a historical furniture and fine art gallery. Gives a glimpse of what life was in the 18th and 19th Century.

It's been a long time since I've visited the Duke's Palace and I'm thrilled to see it anew! Dali exhibition is small-ish but awesome. Staff is friendly and casual. I loved how many families were there to teach their children about the arts.
