An old fort converted into an aquarium. Cheap to get in and good for the kids. Little cafe inside serving beers, coffee & biscuits/cake next to a little play area. 2 very steep slopes inside to different areas & lots of steps to get up...More

It was cool to see some black tip Reef sharks but they looked very unhappy. Just swimming around The glas in The tank. The tank is to small for them. The straff was very friendly and The old fort is cool. But because of The...More

In the UK there are a number of better quality aquariums.....but none situated in fort built a couple of centuries ago. Kids will like it but if it's purely for the sea creatures then you can do a lot better. Bus or taxi to get...More

One of my best finds in Pula was the aquarium which is housed in an old fort. The aquarium makes use of the building very well and you can even go up to the roof where the views are great. The aquarium itself contains a...More

Aquarium housed in old military premises. Both the building and its history and the aquarium are interesting. A lot of variety of fish and a turtle that was healing from an injury. Plenty to keep children amused.

We loved visiting the aquarium. The sharks were impressive and there was a vast array of species to see. Would definitely recommend to couples or families.

The aquarium itself offers a variety of things to see, all of which have descriptions, so you know what you're dealing with. It's built inside a fort, which makes it a lovely walk inside, it has a little pond where they have turtles and fishes....More

Wow what a brilliant venue, we walked about 10 mins to get there, and it was such a surprise how good it was, beautiful carved stone walls, and the variety of fish and other creatures was great. A really enjoyable place to see, brilliant

Me and my fiance visited this very unique aquarium. The way they have incorporated the aquarium into the fort is amazing . All of the exhibits are clean and all very expertly looked after . Highly recommend a visit .

Simply , you have to take a local bus 2a or 3a and enjoy the ride to the last stop . At the last stop and get out of the bus and for 3-5 minutes walk you arrive to the Aquarium, just follow the signs
