This is street parallel with Placa stretching to the east. You can reach it if you walk by the Franciscan Church wall, and turn left to Medović Street. Area is popular among tourists beacuse of pictoresque ambience with old Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque houses. Today, these are mostly turned into respectable restaurants.

This is one of a myriad of little streets that form the beating heart of the old walled city. Behind the Stratum this is lined with shops and restaurants of all descriptions and is a hive of activity at all times of day - and...More

One of the loveliest streets in Old Dubrovnik. Fine shops, etc. Difficult access however for the not so agile.

Best time to see this quaint narrow street is at night. Lovely lamps lit up each evening on both sides of street with bars and resturants on each side. Also there is a warm ambience to the street . Amazing architecture and you can combine...More

One of the favorite things we did on our visit to Dubrovnik was to explore the little side streets. We arrived late in the season so the crowds were not so big and the noise level was very low. The little narrow winding streets have...More

Running parallel to Stradun in the upper part of the old town is this very quite street. However reading previous reviews, quite is not a word associated with Dubrovnik. However, this time of year is perfect, the Chrissie festival is in full swing, and you...More

Prijeko Street is one street off Placa Stradun Street towards the city side of Dubrovnik. It is a nice quiet street with lots of restaurants and many restaurants on the side streets between Prijeko and Placa Stradun.

As with other streets in the old town this is a very busy street. There are lots of tourists trying to get by. However there are plenty of shops or just sit and have a drink and watch the world pass by.

While in Old Town, spend some time (with lots of tourists) walking this narrow cobble stoned lane that has lots of old charm, shops, restaurants, and bars. It's well worth the time!

Very very busy street in a very very busy city. A lot of the shops are obviously cashing in on the tourist bonanza. However you must give credit to the lovely way the shops are laid out and the imaginative way they are sign posted.
