This street is usually flooded with tourists especially as cruises dock. But it is something you shouldn't miss while in Dubrovnik, particularly if you are there to see the history and charm of old town.

Wonderful place day or night. Lots of choice in restaurants and bars. Sit outside, drink coffee and enjoy people watching. Lots of people but not really overcrowded.

The beautiful architecture is breathtaking. The scale, the polished stone; we initially stood still to take it all in, in silence! So much history. The only thing that spoilt it was the number of people, but that's to be expected.

The surprising thing about this street is that it is so wide -. just about unheard of in old towns! It gives you great views of all the narrow lanes leading up the mountain.

This wide street has many good restaurants and the most beautiful architecture - it takes you back to a time many hundreds of years ago, when it was built. The sun heats the stones of the road and the walls around you so it can...More
