We visited Kolocep Island as part of a boat day trip to the Elaphiti Islands. The island is sparsely inhabited but has the typical Mediterranean vegetation and old churches back to the times of the Croatian kings.

There are no cars on the island, otherwise known as Kalamota Island. There are many walks to be enjoyed, one main beach but a number of rocky coves if you carry padded cushions!

Yes the ferries run daily. The first to leave the island is 6.45am to Dubrovnik and the last one back is 8pm from the Old Harbour Dubrovnik to Koločep.
