It feels surreal walking on the streets, feels like in unreal movie set. Lots of side streets, historic buildings. Souvenir shops are disappointing but just look around you and you will feel happy that you can be there. A must do in Dubrovnik

We spent a lovely day walking around Old Town, some of the most stunning buildings you could wish to see. The views were amazing but just be careful of the crowds, we found them over powering at times. However Old Town is a must if...More

Incredibly busy, narrow and beautiful. This is an amazing example of old Mediterranean trade cities. Everything is well preserved, museums and little things of interest to see around every corner. The tourist crowds get annoying real fast, but there are still places one can enjoy...More

Great place to get lost in. Every alley is beautiful and it is clean. However, be careful of pickpockets, they act like tourists and I fell victim! The come in pairs or groups so be wary of your surroundings! Other than that, old town has...More

We had a great time wandering around the many streets exploring the old town. There are so many restaurants and bars everywhere. One of the cooler old towns we've visited.

We figured we'd go to Old Town and find it less spectacular than the high expectations set by everyone we spoke with... not the case. Dubrovnik was stunning. Crowded in the middle of the day, but absolutely worth a visit.

Definitely take the time to see Old Town Dubrovnik. You can see where some of the Game of Thrones was filmed, enjoy the view of the water and the city walls. Hard to beat!

Would recommend walking the walls but start early to avoid the crowds. They open from 8am. Wander round the old town and take a boat trip to Lokrum. Get the first boat out at around 9am and you will virtually have the island... More
