Very pretty island but costs 150 kuna return for just a 15 minutes ferry ride. Not much on island, no beach - rocks to sit on instead. Disappointed as online prices indicated 50 kuna each way but tourist price is 150 kuna (approximately £19).

We only visited this island after it was recommended to us by a local as his place of sanctuary to get away from the busyness and tourism of the city! We are so glad we went.. I agree the boat trip is a little pricey...More

Great little island definitely worth a visit, lots to see and do, lots of eating places and nice walks. Only 10mins by boat and you can swim on the island too!

Dubrovnik municipality should allow for free competition and not monopoly for one ferry company - tranport from old harbour to Lokrum island prices was increased 88% (from 80 kuna to 150 kuna -return). Maybe due to recent interest for Game of thrones locations on island....More

Yes you do have to pay, about £15.00 each because its a natural heritage reserve place, its totally worth it though
