We went up when it was a little cloudy and stopped at the panorama resto. at sunset just as the sun was casting everything in a beautiful orange hue. But it was too late for us, we were already in the cable car going down....More

We took the cable car up and thought it would be a fun walk down. We have hiked a lot in our life. This was the very difficult hike because it is a long windy trail of medium size rocks that are crumbly. I fell...More

Great ride and views from the top. Reasonable price. Was here in April, so not long queues, not sure what it would be in peak summer.

We really enjoyed this cable car ride. It was slightly misty but we were still able to enjoy the view across the Old Town. A visit to the Fort on Mt Srd with the exhibition about the battle for Dubrovnik in 1991 is a must....More

I would recommend this attraction as you get a great view of the city and can get a good idea of what you want to see and do. It was a bit misty the day I visited but still very pretty.

The views 'would have' been incredible if it hadn't been misty. However, well worth a visit on the cable car to see the view (weather dependent), but given the expense, I would see the same beautiful views taking the City Wall walk instead. Very fast...More

Although the trip is quite expensive for such a short ride you have the whole of Dubrovnik old town before you. There is a nice bar with a panoramic view.

Whilst there is a cafe etc at the top the joy of the cable car is the view and the ride itself. It gives great views of Dubrovnik old town and the coast. They also seemed to be selling quad bike rides up there. The...More

Beware that this "attraction" is highly weather dependant (a whisper of wind and they stop running it) but for about £20 each you get to ride up to Fort Srd AND go in to the war exhibiton in Fort Srd. Great views of Dubrovnik. We...More

140 Luna for round trip and 85 one way. There is a stony path down that gives views out over the town and sea on the way down. There are plenty rest stops at the depictions of the Stations of the Cross.

I mean....if you've walked as far as a road to get a taxi, you might as well walk to the road where the cable car start is! It's a couple of minutes outside the walls.
