Obvious that is made without any sense of elegance! The statue of Alexander the Great is terrible and the colored waterfall totally an appropriate for the subject. When you spend 10% of your GDP in order to create history awareness, first of all you need...More

This is a large area that contains many statues and tributes to many people and ideas. They are beautiful, significant and very tastefully done. If is also a great place to people watch.

Skopje is full of old buildings that are actually new. Everything is grandious and it's really hard to put into words what it looks like. Worth a visit (even if just an overnighter from Sofia)

Interesting to see, but is a bit tacky. Countless statues and a mixture of arhitectual styles can be a bit over the top.

There are many benches to sit and relax. There are also many statues to take pictures of. Just a nice place to be.

Best viewed at night. Bustling and busy and filled with people just walking around and people watching. Families with kids, young people, old people. It was lovely to see everyone enjoying the evenings.

A square that’s pretty big. It’s clean and has some big statues in it surrounded by buildings. It’s unique so it gets one more star than average
