I have been to both the main hall and the chamber music hall for several concerts. The sound and seating are fine. The exterior of the building looks is both ugly and of poor quality: stark bare concrete in unlovely shapes.

Music, ballet, theater, symphony orchestras, musicals, international performers, the FAC usually has a large variety of performances throughout the year. Highly recommended.

Great shows that come to the pioneer valley. Not a physically attractive venue. Acoustics could be better. It's a great contributor for hosting cultural events that coke to Western Massachusetts. Go to a show!!

If you want to catch a great production, this is a great alternative. I know some people have made comments about the acoustics but I think it may depend on where your seats are!

The acoustics aren't great for some of the performances, but the hall itself is beautiful. They snag some good performers, though.

We attend a fair amount of programs at the Fine Arts Center iat UMASS. They really have a wide variety of music, and dance. We recently attend TAO, Japenese Drumming and it was amazing. The drumming, and dancing was spectacular!
