Lovely old church standing out from the modern life revolving around it - very peaceful inside and some beautiful stained glass. Well worth calling into if you are in the area...

How did I miss this before? Took a walk to find the subway and glimpsed this church in the distance. It was a little hard to navigate on foot but the church itself was stunning and well-maintained. Lots of beautiful stone/iron carvings.

Iglesia del Carmen is close to the Metro station with the same name, since it's surrounded by fast streets, keep in mind you enter through the side, the front is usually locked, is very clean and well maintained, open during the day.

My experience is to get a taxi. Many drivers are willing to met your needs. We were in Coronado and we chartered a driver to bring us to Punta Chame and back home.
