A nice little spot to take a break from the hot city. A walking bridge connect the island with the mainland. The beach area is small and get quite crowded. Shallow water in the swimming area. A kiosk are selling beverages, pricey of course.

Lido beach is an alternative for Ada Ciganlija. This one is on Danube side the other is on Sava rivrs side. If you are up for a swim, would recommend the other one.

It was re-opened to swimmers after two years, that is connected to the pontoon bridge with the Zemun quay. Sandy beach, well furnished with plenty of natural shade. The water is clean, a non-swimmers is duly marked.
