The building is splendid. It has been built for the king and now it is used by the assembly. I guess inside is even more beautifully designed but was a restricted area.

During our free walking tour of the 20th century we got to see many sights/sites, and here there stories. This is one impressive structure, built in the early twentieth century, serving as the national parliament of Yugoslavia, then Serbia and Montenegro, and it eventually become...More

This building is outstanding but the best time to see it is at night. It looks beautiful when it is all lit up from the park across the road!!

Very beautiful during Christmas season. Covered in Christmas lights, it's quite a sight for great picture taking. I couldn't go in, but the good stuff is on the outside. Bring your camera in December.

I do not believe you can enter the building, but the exterior of this building is very beautiful both during the day and at night when it's lit up. You will most probably pass it at least once during your walk around the city.

A beautiful building, particularly in the dark of the night when beautiful light up. Appears not to be open to visitors, at least not ordinarily, but impressive to look at from the outside, too. Right in front of it you will see plenty of anti-Clinton...More

Apparently you can't go inside. But it's definitely an interesting building to walk in. Especially if architecture is your thing. Out front there are a ton of anti-Clinton billboards people have put up as well as photos and names of all bombing victims.

The exterior is notable for its emulation of other parliamentary buildings. It was impressive that they allow demonstrators to hang on their fence a variety of posters with slogans.
