One of the landmarks of the Belgrade Fortress and Kalemegdan Park, the Clock Tower was built in the 18th century. Interesting if you're already in the area but not worth a special trip.

There are many sights/sites to see within the park and the walls of the fortress, the tower built in the 1700’s is located on the edge of the walls,*gate* it, looks quite impressive, being the tallest structure in the park, awesome piccies to be had.

Located in the Belgrade Fortress. Outside is interesting, there is absolutely nothing inside and it is not worth the visit.

The Clock Tower was visible when we entered the tower gate of Kalemegdan. As there would not be much to see on the top, so we just took some photos from outside and strolled to other parts of the fortress.

I was walking around at the Belgrade Fortress when I run in to this masterpiece from the 18th century. It is a clock tower in Turkish style. The building of the Clock Tower started under the Austrians, but finished under the Turkish rule, between 1740...More

It looks very nice, and even though it was built in the 18th century, it seemed like it was out of place at the fortress.

Is a clock tower that you can go in against a small fee. The stairs are narrow, and once on top you can admire the clock wheels and part of the view over Kalemegdan.

You will see this if You visit the fortress since it is there. Looks nice but not the most interesting to do in Belgrade.

Attraction not so relevant, the Clock Tower stands right at the entrance of the fortress walls, crossing the main park it is easily visible. Probably it is only right to take some pictures to remember but personally is really a tourist attraction of little interest,...More

The construction began at the beginning of 18th century, but it was finished between 1740 to 1789. some reconstructions were needed after the 1915 bombings.
