Probably the biggest square in the city is certainly not the finest.
While there are the famous fountains, they are not operational during the winter, thus leaving the square to be a hectic and noisy place, constantly bustling with loud traffic.
An impressive square with hundreds of beautiful fountains on the roundabout and along the boulevard. Walk from here to the Palace of Parliament to appreciate the immense scale of the Communist syled city plan.
