Beautiful building . The pkace is under reconstruction so it cannot be visited . Check before planning to go there.

The restoration was still ongoing, but the building was very nice. Got to see more than normal and walked through the different rooms. Impressive that it was a hall called the Norwegian hall, with Viking inspired wall decorations and chandeliers.

No better place to stand at attention for a photo! Although the street around it is a little run down and due for some much needed repairs the Cercul Militar is still a must see when in Bucharest. Now "At ease!" LOL!

This lovely building is currently being renovated. It's still possible to visit it, though, and thankfully, its lovely fountain is working - even during the summer.
