About
We sell authentic organic raw honey sourced in pesticide-free areas from isolated beekeeping communities at 4000 meters altitude in Cusco and around the Sacred Valley that are rich in native medicinal plants, flowers and trees. We work to provide a honey that is pure and that is a natural healing alternative. We are passionate about bees and conscious beekeeping.

A place to not miss in Ollanta
Jan 2020 • Couples
Very cute boutique in the village. The honey is delicious, pure, organic and perfumed. Olga, the owner, is welcoming and will take the time to explain all the process of the bees and where the honey comes from. You can test all the types of honey. Do not miss this place!

A true gem
Jan 2020
This shop is exactly what Ollantaytambo didn't know it needed. The tradition of honey cultivation in the Cusco area goes back a long way, and Anaqmisk'i celebrates it in this totally honest, elegant, passionate way. I knew I liked honey, but I never realized how absolutely delicious and fascinating it could be. Make sure you stop on your way through town!

Best honey of my life
Jan 2020 • Solo
By far this is the best honey I have ever tried. This company support the Andean communities as well. I am a ‘foodie’ and I only eat the best. I bought as much honey as I could fit in my backpack. I ate as much honey, as I could fit in my mouth. The owner, Olga was so welcoming and knowledgeable. The shop is beautiful and gives an ancient feeling of times past. It’s very well done.

Please when you start selling internationally let me know. I will be happy to buy as much stock as I can.

Amazing experience!
Jan 2020 • Family
We had an amazing experience with Honey in the sacred Valley of Peru. Olga was incredible. She showed us the most amazing things about bees. She showed my nine-year-old daughter the lifecycle of beers and we got to taste three different kinds of amazing honey. The honey is harvested in the sacred valley where the bees are using medicinal plants as food. This honey becomes medicinal because of the herbs they are eating. It’s absolutely miraculous and tastes great too. It is a hidden gem. We can’t recommend it enough.

Food of the gods!
Jan 2020 • Solo
Seriously, some of the best honey I've ever had. Sourced from various locations in the mountains and the jungles of Perú. Totally free from the influence of chemical pesticides, fertilizers, etc. The honey is harvested from remote communities in an ethical way that makes sure the money is going back to them, while teaching them how to use the honey to the advantage of their community and protect the bees. Win, win, win. Many of the flowers that the bees are collecting Pollen from have medicinal properties and this is transferred into the honey. And try the Royal Jelly, absolutely amazing. The store also has natural beeswax candles (that burn forever and purify the air) and Pollen available. Seriously just an amazing place with amazingly delicious products. Olga is incredibly knowledgeable and is happy to share that knowledge with those that want to learn more. If you are in Ollantaytambo or the Sacred Valley, you should definitely make a stop by the store.
